licensing state. (Only licensed Registered Nurses are currently eligible to sit for the QPCM exam). In all cases, the privacy of applicants' information is

Personal information is disclosed only in the following instances:
- To the testing service to schedule and reserve a location to take the QPCM examination.
- If QPCM certified individual requests and releases their information to be listed in the directory of nurses with QPCM certificates.

After your credit card information is transmitted through a secure (SSL) gateway to be processed by Authorize.Net,
that data is eliminated from our system.
QPCM does not sell, rent, or trade our applicants’ information.
Those who opt to receive the QPCM e-newsletter will receive periodic e-mails from us announcing helpful information relating to career opportunities in case management,
guidelines and tips for the application and interviewing for new case management jobs and other beneficial information. QPCM.org does not provide our e-mail list to
any outside organization and you may unsubscribe from our e-mail list at any time.
